Q3) How to be eligible for the lucky draw?
ANS:
Calculated based on a single receipt and the final price/spend (after discounting and excluding 10% Service Charge) on Carlsberg Beer Products. “Carlsberg Beer Products” means Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, Carlsberg Smooth Draught, Carlsberg Special Brew, Carlsberg 0.0 & Carlsberg Light.
Participants are required to purchase HK$30 or above of Carlsberg Beer Products (per single electronic receipts or receipts with valid original machine-printed and final spend after discount) at Designated Merchants or Designated Restaurants/Bars during the Promotion Period
One lucky draw entry is entitled for every HK$30 spending on Carlsberg Beer products, e.g. two entries for HK$60 spending, three entries for HK$90 spending, and so on. Unlimited chances for participation. Each participant can only win once per phone number.
Q4) How to register?
ANS:
Participants are required to provide the English name (must be as same as Hong Kong identification document), contact number (Hong Kong only) and photo of the valid, original receipt
Submit it via WhatsApp message to 9842 3832 for registration, and the lucky draw link will be sent immediately for lucky draw after verification.
Q5) Transaction has to be carried out in Hong Kong and all prizes to be redeemed in Hong Kong only?
ANS:
This event is only applicable to transactions in Hong Kong. If any Winner is a person below 18 years of age (i.e. a minor), he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent(s), guardian(s) or custodian(s) in order to collect the prizes.
Q6) Which designated merchants are covered?

“Designated Merchants” include: 7-Eleven, Circle K, Fresh, HKTV mall (limited to Carlsberg Flagship Store), Pandamart, Yuu to me, ParknShop (including ParknShop, International、Taste、Fusion、Gourmet、Great、Food Le Parc and “PARKnSHOP.com”), U Select (including U Select, U Select mini), VanGo, and Wellcome (including Wellcome, Wellcome e-shop, 3hreesixty, Jasons ichiba, Market Place, Market Place by Jasons, Oliver’s The Delicatessen, Wellcome Fresh and “Market Place by Jasons App”)
Q7) Which designated Restaurants/Bars are covered?

Q8) How do I know if I am qualified for the lucky draw and how to check the lucky draw result?
ANS:
Participants will be notified and shall receive the lucky draw link after verification via WhatsApp. Participants can enter the lucky draw by clicking on the lucky draw link.
The lucky draw results will be displayed on the lucky draw page. Participants who win will see the message "Congratulations" on the page. As for participants who do not win, the page will display the message "Thank you for your participation".
The Phase 1 Lucky Draw event-closing announcement will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 26 July 2024. The Phase 2 Lucky Draw event-closing announcement will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 9 Aug 2024.
Q9) The definition of the “Original Eligible Receipt”?
ANS:
”The original eligible receipt” refers to valid original computer printed receipts from merchant /restaurant/bar. Any hand-written, re-printed, photocopied, altered or damaged receipts, receipts indicating that the transaction is not accepted or voided, temporary receipts, split receipts and receipts from wholesalers will NOT be accepted.
Each original eligible receipt can only be registered once. Participant's repeated entry with same receipt shall be disqualified from the lucky draw and the prizes. The original eligible receipt must be seen clearly with below information:
For merchant receipt: The merchant’s name, receipt number, date and time of receipt, package, amount and price of Carlsberg brand beer products and the name of Carlsberg brand beer products purchased must be seen clearly.
For Restaurant/Bar receipt: The restaurant/ bar’s name, date and time of receipt, amount and price of Carlsberg brand beer products purchased and the name of Carlsberg brand beer products must be seen clearly.
Q10) If I purchase Carlsberg brand beer on 18 Jul to qualify for the lucky draw, does it fall under the first week or second week for the draw?
ANS:
Week 2. It is determined based on the receipt date & time. Receipt for participating in Week 1 lucky draw must be dated between 7:00 am on 3 Jul, 2024 and 11:59 pm on 17 Jul, 2024, and participant must register before 11:59 pm on 18 Jul, 2024. Receipt for participating in Week 2 lucky draw must be dated between 00:00 am on 18 Jul, 2024 and 11:59 pm on 4 Aug, 2024, and register before 11:59 pm on 5 Aug, 2024.
Q11) Prize redemption period?
ANS:
The Grand Prize & 2nd Prize winners will be required to collect the prize at a redemption center within Aug (details to be notified upon winning). If winners do not collect the prizes within the designated period, their eligibility to receive the prizes will be disqualified with no further notification.
The 3rd price i.e. KLOOK e-gift card, will be sent to the winners on or after Aug 6, 2024. The e-gift card can be redeemed on the "KLOOK platform" for the specified amount and used to purchase KLOOK products. The e-gift card is subject to terms and conditions.
Q12) Details of the Grand prize, as well as the redemption deadline and travel deadline?
ANS:
The redemption deadline of the Grand Prize air tickets is on or before October 31, 2024. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the winner without any notification or compensation. The winner must depart and return between September 1, 2024, and January 20, 2025. However, the departure date cannot be: September 30 to October 2 and December 21 to 27, 2024. The complimentary airfare does not cover airport taxes, fuel surcharges, and other additional fees. The winner is responsible for obtaining the visa for the destination and complying with the entry requirements of the destination (if applicable). Further details as well as terms & conditions regarding the prize will be communicated to the winner accordingly.
Q13) Can I register with the same phone or name?
ANS:
There is no limit to the number of times a participant or phone number can participate, but each participant can only win once per phone number.
Participants are entitled to one lucky draw entry upon every HK$30 spending (per single Original Eligible Receipt and final spend after discount). Participants can register using the same phone number or name, but each valid purchase receipt can only be registered once. Participants repeated registration with same receipt shall be disqualified from the lucky draw and the prizes.
Q14) What documents do I need to provide for prize redemption?
ANS:
Winners must present their Hong Kong identification documents, the original winning message and the original receipt in order to claim the prizes. For online purchases, the electronic receipt or email order confirmation will be accepted as the original receipt.
Q15) If Grand Prize & 2nd Prize winners are unable to redeem in person, what should the authorized representative present for 2nd prize redemption?
ANS:
If winner is unable to redeem the prize in person, kindly authorize someone to collect it with an authorization letter setting out: the full English name on the Hong Kong identification document of the winner and the authorized representative, and their respective phone number.
The authorized representative must present a letter of authorization with the signature of the participant (specifying the winner and representative’s English names and phone numbers respectively), the original receipt, a copy of the winner's identification, the original identification of the authorized representative, and the original winning message.
Q16) If I lost the original receipt / electronic receipt, can I still redeem the prizes?
ANS:
No, you must present the confirmed winning message and the original receipt / electronic receipt upon redemption.
Q17) If the prize is found damaged after redemption, can I return and exchange it?
ANS:
Winners should check the prize upon redemption. Once confirmed, all prizes are not returnable and exchangeable for cash, other services, or goods.
