How to participate
1. Eligibility for this lucky draw Promotion will be calculated based on a single receipt and the final price/spend (after discounting) on Carlsberg Beer Products. “Carlsberg Beer Products” means Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, Carlsberg Smooth Draught, Carlsberg Special Brew, Carlsberg 0.0 & Carlsberg Light. Participants are required to purchase HK$30 or above of Carlsberg Beer Products (per single, valid original eligible receipt (see clause 7 hereunder) and final spend after discount at Designated Merchants (see clause 8 hereunder) or Designated Restaurants/Bars (see clause 9 hereunder) during the Promotion Period. One lucky draw entry is entitled for every HK$30 spending on Carlsberg Beer products, e.g. two entries for HK$60 spending, three entries for HK$90 spending, and so on. Unlimited chances for participation. Each participant can only win once per phone number.

2. Purchases made during the Phase 1 Promotion Period are only eligible towards the Phase 1 Lucky Draw. Purchases made during the Phase 2 Promotion Period will only be eligible towards the Phase 2 Lucky Draw.

3. Participants are required to provide their English name (must be as same as Hong Kong identification document), contact number and photo of the valid, original receipt, and submit it via WhatsApp message to 9842 3832 for registration, and the lucky draw link will be sent after verification (within 2 working days). This Promotion only accepts Hong Kong phone numbers which can receive and send WhatsApp message and has accepted the WhatsApp in-app Terms and Privacy Policy when registering and entering this Promotion.

4. Purchases of “Carlsberg Danish Pilsner– 330ml x 12 Can” or “Carlsberg Smooth Draught Beer – 330ml x 12 Can”* will receive one (1) additional lucky draw entry.

* Carlsberg Danish Pilsner and Carlsberg Smooth Draught Beer – 330ml x 12 Can are only available in designated supermarkets: ParknShop (including Parknshop, International, Taste, Fusion, and “PARKnSHOP.com”), Wellcome (including Wellcome, 3hreesixty, Market Place, Market Place by Jasons, “Market Place by Jasons App” and Wellcome e-shop), U Select, Fresh, HKTV mall and Yuu to me.

5. The number of attempted entries/participation for each participant or phone number is not limited, but each original eligible receipt can only be registered once. Participant's repeated entry with same receipt shall be disqualified from the lucky draw and the prizes. If two or more different participants attempt to use the same receipt, only the first attempted entry using the original eligible receipt shall be accepted and any subsequent attempts will be disqualified.

6. This Promotion is only applicable to transactions in Hong Kong. All prizes must be redeemed in Hong Kong.

7. “Original eligible receipt” refers to a single, valid original computer printed receipt or electronic receipt from a Designated Merchant or Designated Restaurant/Bar. Any hand-written, re-printed, photocopied, altered or damaged, unaccepted or voided original merchant printed receipts will NOT be accepted. The original eligible receipt must be seen clearly with below information:

For Designated Merchant receipt: The merchant’s name, receipt number, date and time of receipt, package, amount and price of Carlsberg Beer Product, and the name of Carlsberg Beer Product purchased must be seen clearly.

For Designated Restaurant/Bar receipt: The restaurant/ bar’s name, date and time of receipt, amount and price of Carlsberg brand beer products purchased and the name of Carlsberg Beer Products must be seen clearly.

Winners must present their Hong Kong identification document and original eligible receipt when redeeming the prize (For the online stores, the original receipt will be equivalent to the electronic receipt or an email order confirmation).

8. “Designated Merchants” include: 7-Eleven, Circle K, AEON, APITA, city’super, DCH FOODS Deluxe, Fresh, HKTV mall (limited to Carlsberg Flagship Store), Pandamart, Yuu to me, ParknShop (including ParknShop, International、Taste、Fusion、Gourmet、Great、Food Le Parc and “PARKnSHOP.com”), U Select (including U Select, U Select mini), UNY, YATA, VanGo, and Wellcome (including Wellcome, Wellcome e-shop 3hreesixty, Jasons ichiba, Market Place, Market Place by Jasons, Oliver’s The Delicatessen, Wellcome Fresh and “Market Place by Jasons App”).

10. The results of the lucky draw will be randomly distributed by a computer system in real time. The page will show "Thank you for your participation" on the lucky draw result to those who do not win prizes. The page will show “Congratulations” for lucky draw winners.

11. During the Promotion, if the information sent by participants, winners, suppliers (third party suppliers) and Carlsberg is invalid resulting from lost, incorrect, unrecognized or damaged data, due to any issues with telephone, network or other technology (that is not attributable to Carlsberg), Carlsberg shall not bear any legal responsibility, so participants or winners shall not object to it.

12. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash and altered to other service or product. All images are for reference only. The real object should be considered as final. Carlsberg will not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the prize, products or services provided by the respective prize, product or service provider. If the prize is lost or damaged after redemption, Carlsberg will not re-issue.

13. The Grand Prize & 2nd Prize winners will be required to collect the prize at a redemption center (details to be notified upon winning) during a specified time after the Promotion Period. If the winner fails to collect the prize within the specified time, their eligibility to receive the prize will be canceled without any notification, and the prize will be considered forfeited without compensation.

14. The 3rd prize will be sent to the winners by way of WhatsApp e-coupon/email (details to be notified upon winning) after Promotion Period. The e-gift card can be redeemed on the "KLOOK platform" for the specified amount and used to purchase KLOOK products. The e-gift card is subject to terms and conditions.

15. If a Grand Prize or 2nd Prize winner is unable to redeem the prize in person, kindly authorize someone to collect it with an authorization letter setting out: the full English name on the Hong Kong identification document of both the winner and the authorized representative, and their respective phone numbers. The authorized representative must present said letter of authorization with the signature of the participant, the original receipt, a copy of the winner's identification, the original identification of the authorized representative, and the original winning message.

16. If any Grand Prize winner is a person below 18 years of age (i.e. a minor), he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent(s), guardian(s) or custodian(s) in order to collect the prizes. Such parent(s), guardian(s) or custodian(s) must produce documentary evidence to prove his/her/their capacity as such (e.g. birth certificate of the minor, legal documents evidencing his/her guardianship or custodianship), identification document of such parent(s), guardian(s) or custodian(s) and such other documents as reasonably requested by Carlsberg.

17. The redemption deadline of the Grand Prize air tickets is on or before October 31, 2024. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the winner without any notification or compensation. The winner must depart and return between September 1, 2024, and January 20, 2025. However, the departure date cannot be: September 30 to October 2 and December 21 to 27, 2024. The complimentary airfare does not cover airport taxes, fuel surcharges, and other additional fees. The winner is responsible for obtaining the visa for the destination and complying with the entry requirements of the destination (if applicable). Further details as well as terms & conditions regarding the prize will be communicated to the winner accordingly.

18. Carlsberg will not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided by the respective product or service provider(s) of the Prizes. In particular, the Grand Prize winner understands and agrees that Carlsberg shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred during “A Trip for 2 People to Denmark”.

19. The personal data provided by participants are used for the purpose of contacting winners, verification at the time of prize redemption. Participants acknowledges and agrees that Carlsberg may share such personal information to its third-party suppliers and business partners who are engaged for assisting in this Event, including but not limited to: Kar Kar Redemption Center. If the provided information is found to be in error or incorrect resulting in failure of Carlsberg or its agents to contact participants or to verify their identities, participants will be disqualified from the lucky draw or prizes. All personal information collected will be used for this lucky draw Promotion only and processed according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data, and the data will be destroyed confidentially in 3 months after the end of the Promotion.

20. This Promotion is not intended for children and minors and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children and minors. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow your children to submit personal data without your permission.

21. During the Promotion, if the registered data or winning notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable, or damaged caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issues which are not attributed to the default of Carlsberg, Carlsberg shall not have any legal liability if the participant is judged as disqualified, and the participant cannot object.

22. The Phase 1 Lucky Draw event-closing announcement will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 26 July 2024. The Phase 2 Lucky Draw event-closing announcement will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 9 Aug 2024.

23. In the case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail, and it shall be executed according to the English version.

24. In case of any dispute, Carlsberg reserves the right of final decision.

25. By submitting entries towards this lucky draw as stipulated above, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

26. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
